Meet Edith Cortes

Hi!

I'm Edith Cortes, a dedicated business owner and a resident of Waco, TX, for over 40 years. Originally from Mexico, I have deep roots within the community, having raised two children, and I enjoy the company of my grandchildren. With more than 25 years of experience in exceptional customer service and catering management, I am well-equipped to assist in making your events memorable.

We specialize in making your occasion memorable by offering customizable menus that cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. Each cart includes a custom menu, along with cups, bowls, and utensils (forks/spoons). Our service also features a dedicated attendant, providing 1.5 to 2 hours of service, and your choice of snack.
